Harvest Ministries is a host site for Angel Food Ministries of Monroe, Georgia. Angel Food Ministries is a non-profit, non-denominational organization dedicated to providing grocery relief to communities throughout the U.S. This ministry serves over 500,000 families in 32 states monthly by providing quality food at reduced cost.

Angel Food's groceries are sold in “units” at a cost of $30 per unit. One unit of food assists in feeding a family of four for about one week or a senior citizen for almost a month. The food is all the same high quality, name brand foods one would purchase in a grocery store. Each month's menu is different from the previous month and consists of both fresh and frozen items with an average retail value of approximately $60 per unit.

Also offered are bonus boxes of meats like steak, chicken, and pork.

Food is delivered to Harvest Ministries on one pre-scheduled Saturday each month. Food is available for customer pickup only during the scheduled hours (11AM-12 noon) on that Saturday morning. Harvest Ministries is located at 807 Primrose Drive, Lexington, NC.
